SALUS NanoPaint
- Extreme Protection Epoxy
Self-priming two-coat with superior impact, corrosion and chemical resistance.
Salus NanoPaint for ship hulls and superstructures is a revolutionary two-part, self priming Nanotechnology enhanced amine Epoxy, designed for long service in extreme atmospheres. Principally used for immersion service including fuel storage, chemical containment and wastewater treatment. The tightly cross-linked epoxy integrates with the surfaces to provide a protective shield with superior corrosion chemical and abrasion resistance with low VOC.
Salus NanoPaint passed the Abrasion ASTM D 4060, Adhesion ASTM D 4541 (1735 psi), Cathodic Disbondment ASTM G 8, Chemical Immersion NACE TM-01-74, Immersion (high temp.) ASTM D 870, Salt Spray(FOG) ASTM B 117 (1000 hr.), Steam Pressure. Salus NanoPaint is fast curing, does not off gas VOCs or leach components into the water.
COLORS: Beige, Gray, Black and White. Special colors available.
